Peter and Lisa do not have direct experience with Brainsync but have received good reviews and results from other people. We suggest that these CDs be used more as a "quick fix" while the underlying causes are being addressed with acupuncture, Qi Gong, daily meditations, nutritional support, and / or other holistic approaches.
